1. Burj Khalifa:
Dubai has a great infrastructure and a lot of beautiful buildings including Burj khalifa. The response to the Burj Khalifa has indeed been overwhelmingly positive, and the structure has garnered numerous complaints. However, there were many concerns about migrants from South Asia, who made up the majority of the construction workforce.
Low salaries and the practice of seizing passports until responsibilities were complete were among the issues raised. The Burj Khalifa intends to be the focal point of a large-scale mixed-use development that will include 30,000 homes, nine hotels (including The Address Downtown Dubai), 3 acres of farmland (7.4 acres) of parkland, at least 19 residential skylines, the Dubai Mall, and the 12-hectare (30-acre) synthetic Burj Khalifa Lake.
The president’s plan to transition from an oil-driven economy to one centered on service and tourism reportedly influenced the construction of Burj Khalifa.
2. Elite Residence:
The beautiful Dubai building Elite Residence is a collection of high-end residences that range in size from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses. Panoramic views of the surrounding scenery, along with the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, are available from the Dubai Marina.
Indoor and outdoor pools, a gymnasium, chess and ping pong areas, a multi-function room, a distinct children’s play area, and shopping facilities are among the amenities included in the program. The residents’ safety was a significant priority for the building, thus high-tech devices were created to protect them.
A complex emergency communications network, as well as fire detection and suppression equipment, help to avert hazards to safety.
3. Almas Tower:
One of the beautiful Dubai buildings is Almas Tower, the tallest of all the structures on the construction, which is situated on its man-made island in the heart of the Jumeirah Lake Towers Free Zone plan. Atkins Middle East, which design the majority of the JLT Free Zone complex, designed it.
Taisei Corporation of Japan built the tower in a joint venture with Arabic Construction Co. (ACC), which grant the contract by Nakheel Investments on July 16, 2005.
4. Marina 101:
Marina 101 is a skyscraper in the Dubai Marina neighborhood of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the second tallest skyscraper in the United Arab Emirates, after the Burj Khalifa, with 101 stories and a height of 425 meters (1,394 feet). Marina 101 is also the world’s 32nd highest building of Dubai as of 2021.
5. Museum of the Future:
The Museum of the Future is a place where new and future concepts, services, and goods can be displayed. This museum’s mission is to foster technological advancement and innovation, particularly in the disciplines of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).
6. Emirates Office Tower:
The Emirates Office Tower is situated in Dubai’s financial district. The NORR-designed Emirates Towers complex exemplifies modern commercial architecture. In Dubai, there are just two equilateral triangles. Three huge core walls make up the tower. A perspective of the city is provided via a curved wall that runs virtually the entire length of one of the triangular building’s faces.
7. Dubai Mall:
The Dubai Mall retained its status as the world’s most popular retail and leisure destination, attracting more than 65 million people, a 20 percent increase over the 54 million registered in 2011. It drew more tourists than New York City, which had nearly 52 million visitors in 2012, and Los Angeles, which had 41 million.
The figure also outnumbers visitors to all world-famous leisure locations and theme parks, notably Times Square (39.2 million), Central Park (38 million), and Niagara Falls (38 million).
8. Index:
The Index is one of the region’s first buildings to thoughtfully incorporate its climatic surroundings into its fundamental architectural concepts. The tower’s environmental policy eliminates the need for air conditioning within the structure, lowering energy expenses for residents. Despite the air conditioning, the internal temperature of the tower will not exceed 28 degrees Celsius during the summer.
9. Dubai Frame:
The list of Beautiful Dubai buildings is incomplete without Dubai Frame. The Dubai Frame is made of glass, steel, aluminum, and reinforced concrete, with the Expo 2020 emblem etched into the outside face. It is positioned so that tourists may see representative sites of modern Dubai on one side while still seeing historic portions of the city on the other.
A glass-bottomed observation deck covers the top of the frame, looking down over 150 meters onto the building’s bottom span. The lower span has a museum depicting the city’s history as well as a video exhibit forecasting the city’s future.
