The story of Parasytes portrays the character of a Japanese boy Shinichi Izumi who becomes the victim of the parasites.
Shinichi lives with his father and mother. One day, he was coming back from school to home after baseball practice. A parasite came out of the hand of a dead person and entered the body of Shinichi through his ears. This provided supernatural powers to Shinichi. The story of Parasytes has two phases. In the first phase, Shinichi struggles for survival after the parasite enters his body.
While in the second phase, he can be seen fighting other parasites that are harmful to humans. In this way, he becomes a great asset to the public and police as he fights against harmful parasites for the benefit of the masses.
At the end of season one, Shinichi successfully manages to defeat his first major enemy in the form of his best friend’s parasite, but that is only the start. To understand and enjoy the whole story, you must watch it in a single go, and it is available on Netflix.
